Division 2 Young Player of the Year

The winner of the Division 2 young player of the year was Andreas Cornelius who has netted 13 times in his 30 games so far this season and JV will be praying that Cornelius can do the business for Leeds in the playoffs, as they look to battle for promotion this coming weekend. Gael Bigirimana may be over shadowed by the Blackburn strikers this season, but Gael (on loan from Newcastle) has been a rock in the centre of midfield for Blackburn, starting off many a counter attack and getting in on the action with 7 goals himself. Brighton have had a decent end to the season and much of that is down to winger Hrgota, signed from Monchengladbach for just £3.7m. Hrgota has scored 9 in his 17 games for Brighton this season and Coach Wernersson will be hoping he can carry this form into a promotion push next season!
