After 5 games so far in this seasons Cozy Coupe Cup – 3 stories for you all:
David Cooper (Chesterfield Manager) has moved quicker that
Steven Gerrard did to apologise on Sunday to explain the misunderstanding surrounding
his goalkeepers to the Crazy Coupe Cup authorities this morning.
It has appeared that Kim, Seung-Gyu (aged 24) has played in
all 5 of Chesterfield’s fixtures so far this campaign… Cooper explained…
“I would like to publicly declare that ever since I
arrived and found that the club culture was largely Korean I have had
difficulties in communicating with the players. In fact I was convinced that
Kim, Seung-Gyu (aged 24) was actually Kwon, Tae-Ahn (aged 22) and the players
did nothing to correct me in this thought. In fact when I requested and
submitted the players birth certificates to the Cozy Cup authorities I did
submit Kwon, Tae-Ahn’s (22) but it was given to me by Kim Sueng-Gyu (24)… hence the
confusion.”

There were some muted rumours amongst the 279 community that
perhaps David Cooper is in actual fact Jorge from Gold 1 who is known for
breaking the rules but Cooper said this is 100% not the case.
In line with the Cozy Coupe Cup regulations Chesterfield
have been given -1 point for each occasion on which they broke the rules.
Meaning they currently prop up the table at this early stage.
Ron’s Rebels Roll On
Ron Shipp claimed that the ‘hull’ of his ship at Hull City
is strong and will not sink as his young side are more than living up to
expectations so far this campaign as one of only 2 unbeaten teams.
