Beddows Explains the Consequnces of Jam-Gate

Following last weekends crisis and the Jam-Gate fiasco last week Beddows put aside 10 mins of his weekly press conference to explain the consequences of Jam-Gate and why there has been no 279 show this week.

"Well it is for a multitude of reasons really, firstly and rather unfortunately I have learnt that the 'scots' are not to be trusted as even though Gino and Broon promised to put the studio back together they have failed to deliver claiming that the money on offer from the 279 authorities did not meet their needs and as a result that want to call a referendum for a 279 spilt of the English managers against English managers and so on."

"Secondly I have not been able to contact The Doctor at all since last Saturday despite many voicemail messages, I think he is ignoring me."

"Thirdly I too have been busy traveling the world in search of stars who will help Blackburn out of this Black-Hole. Scouring the squads for the upcoming under 20 World Cup for example and also 1 player in particular who with the help of a big gate at home to City tonight will be at Ewood Park by Wednesday evening."

As for the rumours of Beddows going to Burton... "Absolute rubbish... He is a man who is perhaps short of a few brain cells that Clive is"
